ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY

SHAREHOLDERS’MEETING

 

The Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Kaufman & Broad SA, which was held today under the chairmanship of Nordine Hachemi, adopted all the proposed resolutions, including the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth resolutions regarding the appointment of three new directors for a term of three years.

- Following the adoption of the tenth resolution, today’s meeting appointed Mr. Emeric Burin des Roziers as a new independent director of the company

- Following the adoption of the eleventh resolution, today’s meeting appointed Mrs. Myriam Maestroni as a new independent director of the company

- Following the adoption of the twelfth resolution, today’s meeting also appointed Mr. David Laurent as a new director of the company.

 

The Board of Directors, which met following the Annual General Meeting, appointed Mr. David Laurent as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

 

Nordine Hachemi, Chairman and CEO of Kaufman & Broad, stated: “These changes to our governance structure, and particularly the appointment of David Laurent as Deputy CEO of the group, mark a key milestone for Kaufman & Broad. Since joining the company in 2011, David has successfully led our commercial and residential operations in the Île-de-France region. His in-depth knowledge of the Group and his expertise in complex urban projects are major assets for the next stages of our development. Supported by a strengthened Executive Committee and the expertise of our new directors in the field of energy transition, he will be able to carry out the Group’s strategy alongside me.”
