Clariane announces the success of its offering of €500 million of senior notes

Paris, April 10, 2026 — Clariane (CLARI.PA – ISIN FR0010386334) announced today the success of its offering (the “Offering”) of €500 million in aggregate principal amount of new euro-denominated senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”).

The Notes will bear interest at an annual rate of 6.875% and will be issued at a price of 100% of their par value.

The Offering attracted significant interest from a large number of leading institutional investors both in France and abroad, resulting in a strong oversubscription.

Clariane intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering, together with cash on hand, to refinance its outstanding Schuldschein maturing in 2026 and 2027 and its outstanding Euro PP Bonds maturing in 2027 and 2028, at maturity or in advance.

The issuance of the Notes is expected to take place on April 16, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
