HomeToGo publishes 2025 Annual Report and 2026 strategic roadmap: Focus on Interhome integration and profitability growth

  • Exceeded profitability targets for FY/25: HomeToGo surpassed its Adjusted EBITDA guidance on both a statutory basis (€13.2M; +20.0% vs. guidance) and a pro-forma basis (€42.0M; +5.0% vs. guidance), representing year-over-year growth of 2.7% and 27.7%, respectively.
  • Scale transformation realized: IFRS Revenues for FY/25 reached €255.5M (+20.3% YoY) on a statutory basis and €394.3M (+2.9% YoY) on a pro-forma basis, landing in line with guidance and reflecting the Group’s significantly expanded scale
  • Strategic roadmap for 2026 with focus on five pillars: Finalizing the Interhome integration, targeting strategic M&A in HomeToGo_PRO, harmonizing global brands, driving margin expansion through operational excellence, and maintaining leadership in AI
  • 2026 financial guidance: Targeting IFRS Revenues of €400M–€410M (>55% YoY growth on a statutory basis) and Adjusted EBITDA of €45M–€47M (>240% YoY growth on a statutory basis)

Luxembourg, 19 March 2026 - HomeToGo SE (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: HTG), Europe’s leading vacation rental group, today published its 2025 Annual Report, including audited financial results, alongside its financial guidance and strategic priorities for FY/26. The final results confirm the preliminary figures published in February 2026 and remain fully in line with expectations.

FY/26 strategy and outlook

For the financial year 2026, the HomeToGo Group expects to grow IFRS Revenues to between €400M and €410M, representing an increase of more than 55% YoY on a statutory basis (vs. €255.5M in FY/25). Adjusted EBITDA is projected to be in the range of €45M to €47M, representing an increase of more than 240% YoY on a statutory basis (vs. €13.2M in FY/25). This guidance also takes into account the significant macro-uncertainty stemming from the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and its currently unclear economic consequences, as well as the recently increased volatility in foreign exchange markets, particularly for the CHF/EUR exchange rate which is HomeToGo’s main currency pair.

To strengthen its position as the leading vacation rental powerhouse, the HomeToGo Group has defined five key strategic priorities for the 2026 financial year:

  1. Capture initial Interhome cost synergies not yet realized: Fully achieve the targeted €10M in annualized short-term cost synergies
  2. Target strategic M&A in HomeToGo_PRO: Leverage the Group’s strengthened balance sheet and the €200M bond framework to pursue value-accretive acquisitions within the vacation rental property management and B2B software space
  3. Harmonize group-wide brands: Streamline the brand architecture across all subsidiaries to enhance global visibility, including the continued rollout of the "HomeToGo Originals" umbrella brand
  4. Drive operational excellence in the Marketplace: Expand margins in the Marketplace segment by optimizing marketing efficiency
  5. Maintain AI leadership: Sustain a high pace of innovation to maintain HomeToGo’s position as the leader of AI-powered travel platforms

FY/25 financial results

HomeToGo’s audited FY/25 financial results confirm a year of significant advancement. On a statutory basis, which includes the consolidation of Interhome starting from 28 August 2025, IFRS Revenues reached €255.5M, representing a robust 20.3% YoY increase. When viewed on a pro-forma basis, assuming Interhome had been part of the Group for the full year 2025, IFRS Revenues amounted to €394.3M, representing a growth of 2.9% YoY.

This solid top-line performance was accompanied by a significant outperformance in the Group’s profitability. HomeToGo ended the financial year 2025 by exceeding its Adjusted EBITDA targets across both reporting metrics: Statutory Adjusted EBITDA rose to €13.2M (+20% vs. guidance; +2.7% YoY), while pro-forma Adjusted EBITDA grew substantially to €42.0M (+5% vs. guidance; +27.7% YoY).

The Group maintained a resilient financial position with a year-end cash balance of €91.6M (+29.3% compared to the 2024 reporting date). The capital structure was further optimized through the successful issuance of a €105M Senior Secured Nordic Bond in February 2026. By replacing fast-amortizing debt, this strategic financing is expected to unlock approximately €84M in additional cash flow throughout 2026 and 2027.

The Group’s statutory net loss for the full year 2025 was negatively impacted by one-time, non-cash impairment losses of €60.2M. These impairments follow the strategic shift announced in October 2025. As part of the Group’s decision to reallocate capital from its Marketplace segment to its HomeToGo_PRO business, a €54.3M impairment was recorded relating to the goodwill allocated to the B2C Marketplace segment. Furthermore, an impairment loss of €5.6M was recorded in connection with the restructuring of e-domizil, following the transfer of customer relationships and contracts to the Interhome platform. Crucially, these impairment charges are of a one-time nature and entirely non-cash, with no impact on the Group’s strong liquidity position.

Business segment highlights

The HomeToGo_PRO segment, which encompasses B2B software and tech-enabled service solutions for the entire travel market, achieved a 64.1% YoY increase in IFRS Revenues to €114.9M, primarily driven by the successful integration of Interhome. Statutory Adjusted EBITDA of €(2.6)M reflects the specific timing of the Interhome consolidation and the inherent seasonality of its business activities. On a pro-forma basis, the segment delivered an Adjusted EBITDA of €26.2M and IFRS Revenues of €253.7M for FY/25.

The HomeToGo Marketplace segment recorded IFRS Revenues of €151.7M, remaining largely stable year-over-year despite a deliberate and significant reduction in marketing expenditures in the fourth quarter of FY/25. This resilient performance underscores the success of the strategic pivot toward prioritizing profitability over top-line growth. Consequently, Adjusted EBITDA for the Marketplace more than quintupled to €15.8M (vs. €2.9M in FY/24), driven by strongly improved marketing efficiency. Furthermore, the Onsite Take Rate expanded to 13.7% (+0.9pp YoY).

Review of Q4/25

HomeToGo delivered a resilient fourth quarter, characterized by significant top-line expansion at the Group level and a shift toward operational profitability.

  • HomeToGo Group: The Group reached a new fourth quarter record in IFRS Revenues of €54.2M (+56.2% YoY). Adjusted EBITDA was €(8.8)M (vs. €(4.0)M in Q4/24), a development primarily driven by the first-time inclusion of Interhome’s typical fourth quarter seasonality.
  • HomeToGo_PRO: Segment IFRS Revenues surged by 174.8% YoY to €33.9M, fueled by the full consolidation of Interhome. Adjusted EBITDA stood at €(14.6)M, reflecting the segment’s inherent year-end seasonal patterns magnified by the larger scope due to the Interhome consolidation.
  • HomeToGo Marketplace: Despite significantly lower marketing expenditures, IFRS Revenues increased by 5.9% YoY to €24.4M, underscoring the success of the strategic pivot to prioritize profitability. Consequently, quarterly Adjusted EBITDA turned positive at €5.8M - a significant turnaround compared to the €(3.3)M loss reported in the prior-year period.

Dr. Patrick Andrae, Co-Founder & CEO of HomeToGo: “2025 was a landmark year as we repositioned our business around HomeToGo_PRO, establishing a new center of gravity and unlocking a new level of scale. We exceeded our profitability targets on both a statutory and a pro-forma basis and realized Interhome synergies ahead of schedule, demonstrating strong operational discipline. In 2026, we began executing a focused five-pillar roadmap to solidify our position as the leading vacation rental powerhouse in Europe. We will capture the full €10M in cost synergies from Interhome, leverage our financial flexibility to pursue strategic M&A opportunities in HomeToGo_PRO, and continue to harmonize our brand architecture. At the same time, we will drive operational excellence and marketing efficiency across our Marketplace while advancing our AI leadership, positioning the full HomeToGo Group for its next phase of profitable growth.”
