Leclanché provides an update regarding its financial situation

YVERDON-LES-BAINS, Switzerland, 13^th of February, 2026 – Leclanché SA, one of the world’s leading energy storage companies, provides the following update regarding its financial situation:

The Company is currently experiencing short-term liquidity constraints, which have resulted in delays in payments including the salary payments for January. The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee are actively working on solutions to address these challenges, and various short-term financing options are at different stages of completion, including with some of our key partners.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee take this matter very seriously and are fully committed to identifying and implementing appropriate measures in the near term. The Company will provide further updates as soon as additional information can be confirmed.
