Availability of the 2025 Universal Registration Document

The 2025 Universal Registration Document of NRJ GROUP was filed with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on March 31st, 2026.

This document -in French version only- may be consulted on NRJ GROUP’s website www.nrjgroup.fr (section “Finances” – “Financial Publication” – “Financial Reports”) and is available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations. It may also be consulted on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).

The Universal Registration Document includes, in particular:

• the annual financial report, including the consolidated financial accounts, the annual financial accounts and the Auditors’ reports;
• the management report, including the corporate governance report and the sustainability report;
• the information on the fees paid to Statutory Auditors; and
• the description of the share buyback program.
