FINALIZATION OF THE ACQUISITION OF LAMOUROUX, A SPECIALIST IN WINE INDUSTRY TEMPERATURE CONTROLOeneo Group announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of Lamouroux's share capital by its wholly owned subsidiary Vivelys, following the fulfillment of all conditions precedent and other closing conditions set out in the agreement announced in early July with the company's shareholders (see press release dated July 8, 2026). Based in Beychac-et-Caillau, in the Gironde region of France, Lamouroux specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of automated temperature control and regulation systems for winemaking processes. The acquisition was financed entirely in cash. Lamouroux's management team will support the company throughout the transition, working alongside Oeneo Group's teams. Lamouroux will be fully consolidated into Oeneo Group's financial statements as of September 1, 2026. This acquisition further strengthens the offering of Vivelys and Oeneo Group to wine industry professionals by adding dedicated technological expertise in temperature control throughout the winemaking and wine ageing processes.
