Availability of the preparatory documents
for the Annual General Meeting
of OPmobility SE

The Annual General Meeting of OPmobility SE will be held on Thursday April 23rd, 2026 at the Pavillon Dauphine, 2 place du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny 75116 PARIS, at 5:00 p.m (Paris time).

OPmobility SE would like to remind of all the ways that the preparatory documents can be made available or be consulted for this Annual General Meeting.

The Notice of meeting – containing information on the business and the Group’s results, as well as a presentation of the resolutions being submitted for a vote – is being sent within the required timeframe to Shareholders holding registered shares.

The advance notice, serving as a summons to attend the meeting, including the agenda and the text of the proposed resolutions as well as the ways to participate in, and vote at, this meeting, was published in the BALO (French Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Announcements) on March, 18th 2026.

The meeting notice is also available on www.opmobility.com, in the General Meetings’ section.

Any shareholder may consult the 2025 Universal Registration Document on OPmobility’s website.

Documents and information provided for by Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are made available on the website of Group (www.opmobility.com section Finance / General meetings / Regulatory documents), as of today.

In addition, any shareholder may request to have the 2025 Universal Registration Document to be sent, and more generally, all of the documents and information set forth by Articles R.225-81, R.225-83, and R.225-88 of the French Commercial Code.
