Oxurion received a transparency notification on May 27, 2026, from Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC indicating that as of May 26, 2026, it held 515,805 shares of the then outstanding 88,691,312 shares, and therefore crossed under the threshold (3%) by virtue of the sales of voting securities.

Oxurion received a transparency notification on May 28, 2026, from Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC indicating that as of May 28, 2026, it held 21,925,975 shares of the then outstanding 111,049,581 shares, and therefore crossed above the threshold (15%) by virtue of the purchase of voting securities.
