Oxurion received a transparency notification on August 28, 2026, from Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC indicating that as of August 5, 2026, it held 28,009,477 shares of the then outstanding 140,734,891 shares, and therefore crossed under the threshold (20%) by virtue of the sales of voting securities.
