Under the agreement, AGORACOM will provide digital marketing and investor engagement services, including the development and distribution of content utilizing artificial intelligence tools. The program is intended to increase awareness of the Company and its business activities among retail and institutional investors.

In addition, Predictiv AI will launch a Verified Discussion Forum on the AGORACOM platform. The forum is designed to facilitate moderated communication between management and shareholders in a structured and transparent environment.

The Company will not make any cash payments under this agreement. Compensation will be provided through AGORACOM's shares-for-services program, which is structured to comply with applicable securities regulations.

Program Overview

AGORACOM will create and distribute various forms of digital content to support investor outreach. This may include:

• Short-form video content

• Company overview presentations

• AI-generated visual and narrative formats

• Multilingual content for broader audience reach

Shares for Services

The total value of the agreement is $100,000 CAD plus applicable taxes, to be satisfied through the issuance of common shares in four instalments over the term of the agreement:

• First issuance: Two weeks from commencement (March 5, 2026)

• Second issuance: June 5, 2026

• Third issuance: September 5, 2026

• Fourth issuance: December 5, 2026

The number of shares to be issued in each instalment will be determined based on the closing price of the Company's common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange on the applicable issuance date.

VLP Market Maker Services

The Company also announces that it has retained Venture Liquidity Providers Inc. ("VLP") to initiate a market-making service, aimed at providing assistance in maintaining a consistent and orderly trading market for its common shares. The market-making service will be undertaken by VLP through a registered broker, W.D. Latimer Co. Ltd., in compliance with the applicable policies of the CSE and other applicable laws.

For its services, the Company has agreed to pay VLP $5,000 per month. The agreement has an initial term of three months, following which time it will renew for successive one-month terms. Either party can terminate the agreement through written notice, anytime after the initial three months of service. The Company and VLP act at arm's length, and at the time of engagement, VLP had no interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities. The fee paid by the Company to VLP is for services only.
