August 7, 2026 – Toronto, ON – Predictiv AI Inc. (FWB: 7IT) (CSE: PAI) ; (the “Company” or “Predictiv AI”), has engaged Aktien Media Inc (www.aktienmedia.de) to provide internet advertising and market awareness services to the company. The parties entered into a 3-month, consulting services agreement dated July 30, 2026.  

Aktien will focus on proliferating the Predictiv AI story to German and European investors, by disseminating public information and news items through multiple internet channels. Aktien will be paid 5,000 euros per month and the agreement can be extended beyond the initial 3 months by mutual agreement of the parties.   

Predictiv AI’s common shares trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 7IT and on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol PAI.
