Availability of the 2025 URD

Safran (Euronext Paris : SAF) announces that the French version of its 2025 Universal Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 27, 2026, under number D.26-0154.

This Universal Registration Document was filed according to the ESEF format (European Single Electronic Format) established by delegated regulation (EU) n°2019/815.

This document, available on the French Financial Markets Authority's website at www.amf-france.org, can be viewed or downloaded (in PDF format in French and English, and in ESEF format in French only) on Safran’s website at www.safran-group.com, on the homepage of the website and on the homepage of the "Finance" section.

It is also available free of charge, at Safran’s headquarters, 2 Boulevard du Général Martial Valin, 75015 Paris, France.

The 2025 Universal Registration Document includes notably the following documents:

• the annual financial report;
• the Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance;
• the Sustainability statement.
