SANHA GmbH & Co. KG with slight increase in revenues and a significantly positive result in 2025 financial year

  • Revenues of EUR 124.9 million, slightly above the previous year’s level
  • EBITDA of around EUR 20.8 million slightly below the previous year; EBITDA margin remains robust at 16.6%
  • Outlook for 2026: Slight increase in revenues and EBITDA, stable operating profit (EBIT)

Essen, 17 April 2026 – SANHA GmbH & Co. KG, one of the leading manufacturers of piping systems and fittings for plumbing, heating and air conditioning applications, generated consolidated revenues of EUR 124.9 million in the 2025 financial year, representing an increase of around 1% on the previous year. Key drivers were the refrigeration and industrial businesses and the positive performance in Eastern Europe, the Scandinavian markets and the USA. Domestic business, by contrast, remained characterised by continued weak demand and a low number of building permits, albeit showing a slight increase compared with the previous year.

The gross profit margin, excluding currency gains, rose by 2.3 percentage points to 62.7% thanks to a positive product and customer mix. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) reached around EUR 20.8 million (previous year: EUR 21.5 million), whilst operating profit (EBIT) stood at EUR 14.6 million (previous year: EUR 15.7 million). The EBITDA margin accordingly reached 16.6%, the EBIT margin stood at robust 11.7%.

This means that business performance is in line with the communicated forecast of stable revenue growth with slightly reduced EBITDA and EBIT levels.

Bernd Kaimer, managing partner of the family-owned company: “The past financial year has once again demonstrated how SANHA has reduced its dependence on individual sectors and markets through targeted diversification in recent years and is benefiting from its broad, market-leading product range. This will also have a positive impact in the current year, although the forecast growth of the global economy continues to be held back by the negative effects of the war in the Middle East and trade policy. In Germany, business is picking up slightly again according to current estimates, not least due to the politically motivated investment boost, so that we are cautiously optimistic in terms of outlook for 2026.”

For the full year 2026, management expects, based on current planning, a slight increase in revenues and in EBITDA, as well as constant earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) due to increased depreciation and amortisation.

The audited consolidated financial statements of SANHA GmbH & Co. KG for 2025 will be published today on the company’s website at www.sanha.com/Investor-Relations/Documents/. The press release on the business performance in the first quarter of 2026 will follow on 30 April 2026 as scheduled.
