Weekly share buybackRegulatory InformationWeekly Share Buyback ReportingRueil-Malmaison (France), May 18th, 2026 The share buyback program has been authorized by the Annual General Meeting of May 7, 2026 under the 16th resolution. The authorization given to the Board of Directors to purchase the Company’s share as part of a share buyback program pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014 on market abuse. Details on the Share buyback Program are set out in the 2025 Universal Registration Document (Chapter 7 - Information on the Company and its capital). Pursuant to such agreement, Schneider Electric repurchased 77,168 of its own shares (representing c. 0.01% of the share capital of the Company as of December 31st, 2025) from 11th May to 15th May 2026 for a final total purchase amount of 20,552,593 €. These buybacks are made with the purpose to meet obligations arising from long term incentive plan granted to employees and corporate officers.
