Information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares

(Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority)

1. Theoretical voting rights correspond to the total number of voting rights attached to all shares, including shares deprived of voting rights (Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation).
2. Exercisable voting rights correspond to the total number of voting rights that may be exercised in a shareholder vote. They are calculated on the basis of the total number of voting rights attached to the total number of shares, less shares deprived of voting rights (treasury shares, etc.).
