Swiss Life successfully places a hybrid bond totalling EUR 600 million

Zurich, 3. September 2026

Today, Swiss Life successfully placed a EUR 600 million dated hybrid bond with final maturity in 2046, first callable in September 2036 (coupon until first call date: 4.75%). The bonds were placed with investors in the European market. The net proceeds of the bonds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential future debt refinancing.
