The world's first frameless outdoor TV, an emergency TV in development, and RV and bathroom displays anchor Stand H21-116.

BERLIN, Aug. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sylvox will present its purpose-built outdoor displays across three experience zones at IFA 2026, September 4–8 at Messe Berlin, Stand H21-116. A Residential Zone will recreate terrace and pergola viewing; a Commercial Outdoor Zone will explore displays for bars, restaurants and hospitality terraces; and an All-Weather Zone will demonstrate visibility and durability under changing light and weather.

Sylvox booth H21-116 at IFA 2026.

The centerpiece, the 2026 Frameless Pro, is the world's first frameless outdoor TV. Its screen-first design integrates naturally into terraces and gardens. A 2,000-nit 4K anti-glare display supports visibility in bright settings, while an all-metal construction, IP56 protection and a –30°C to 50°C operating range address rain, dust and seasonal temperatures.

Sylvox will also showcase its emergency TV, currently under development. Designed to provide information and basic support when power or communications are disrupted, it combines hand-crank power generation, a rechargeable battery, broadcast reception and two-way radio functions. Final specifications will be unveiled at the show.

Additional displays will cover Sylvox's RV and bathroom TVs, extending its expertise into mobile lifestyles and moisture-prone environments. Across the stand, visitors can move through different outdoor scenarios and compare screens at different brightness levels.

The three-zone format reflects how widely outdoor conditions vary by season and setting. In 2025, Germany averaged 43 summer days at or above 25°C and 83 frost days below 0°C, with station readings from 39.3°C at Andernach on July 2 to –21.1°C on the Zugspitze on January 11, according to the German Weather Service (DWD). Bright light challenges screen visibility, while rain, dust and that temperature range demand protection indoor televisions are not designed to provide.

"We design for the whole year, not just the good days," said Tracy Lee, Senior Vice President at Sylvox. "A screen that looks good in a showroom still has to stay readable when sunlight is strong and keep working after a winter outdoors."
