 TAG Immobilien AG: 25.6% of shareholders opt for scrip dividend 

• Total number of TAG shares increases by 0.7%
• EUR 16.9m remains within the company to provide additional support for further growth

Hamburg, 15 June 2026

As in the previous year, TAG Immobilien AG has offered its shareholders a scrip dividend. On 20 May 2026, the Annual General Meeting approved, by a vote of 99.99%, a dividend of EUR 0.40 per share, as well as the option to choose between a cash dividend and a scrip dividend. The subscription period was from 21 May to 8 June 2026.

In total, shareholders representing 25.6% of the dividend-bearing shares opted to receive their dividend in the form of new TAG shares thereby providing additional support for TAG's growth plans. Based on this acceptance rate, 1,293,399 new shares will be issued, increasing the total number of TAG shares by 0.7% from 189,034,941 to 190,328,340 shares.

The new shares are expected to be included in the listing of TAG's existing shares on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 24 June 2026. The cash dividend and any fractional amounts are also expected to be paid on 24 June 2026.
