TRANSFER OF LIQUIDITY CONTRACT TO TP ICAP

Voyageurs du Monde (the “Company ») announces that it has entrusted TP ICAP (Europe), effective April 1, 2026, for a term of one year automatically renewable, with the implementation of a liquidity contract for its ordinary shares.

The purpose of this contract is for TP ICAP (Europe) to market the Company’s shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market, in order to promote transaction liquidity and the regularity of pricing. It has been established in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021, and complies with the code of ethics of the French Association of Financial Markets (AMAFI).

As March 31, 2026, the termination date of the previous liquidity contract with the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont, the Company made the following available to TP ICAP (EUROPE).

• 1,700 shares
• € 108,891.44 in cash

It should be noted that at the time of the semi-annual review of the liquidity contract with the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont, the Company made the following available to TP ICAP (Europe).

• 1,909 shares
• € 75,276.43 in cash

Finally, it should be noted that at the time of the beginning of the liquidity contract, the following assets were made available:

• 7,900 shares
• € 75,276.43 in cash

This new contract may be suspended:

• In the cases provided for in Article 5 of Chapter II of AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22 2021;
• In the event that the allocation of the shares exceeds the intervention thresholds authorized by the Company’s General Meeting;
• Or, at the Company’s request, under its own responsibility.

It may also be terminated at any time by the Company without notice, or by TP ICAP (Europe) with one month’s notice.

The shares (ALVDM FR0004045847) are admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth market and eligible for PEA PME savings plans.
