Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W) has today resolved to apply for the delisting of its shares from the regulated market and their inclusion in the Scale segment of the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The move to the open market segment will enable W&W to significantly reduce its regulatory and administrative burden. W&W expects the change to take effect on 6 October 2026.

Shareholders are to benefit from the positive cost savings. The Management Board and Supervisory Board therefore intend to propose to the Annual General Meeting that, from 2027, a dividend of €0.75 per dividend-entitled share be paid, representing an increase of €0.10.
