Air Liquide divests its biogas production activities in four countries

Air Liquide announces the divestiture of its biogas production activities in the United States of America, France, Norway and Sweden to Mobius Renewables. This comprises several production units and distribution assets. The divestiture illustrates Air Liquide’s strategy to create value and actively manage its portfolio.
