PRESS RELEASE

EverYield AG Reaffirms Strategic Direction – Positive Developments in Energy and Mobility Projects

Major investors continue to support the company – Discussions with leading European industrial groups progressing – Legal and contractual requirements currently limit the disclosure of further details

8 October 2026 – EverYield AG takes the significant decline in the market price of its corporate bond and the resulting concerns among investors very seriously. The company itself has also been substantially affected by this development. The specific reasons behind the price decline cannot currently be conclusively determined.

EverYield AG's major investors continue to support the company, its business model and its long-term corporate strategy. Operational activities and planned projects remain on track and are being actively pursued.

Positive Developments in Energy and Mobility Projects

EverYield AG is experiencing growing interest and support from municipalities for its concepts in sustainable energy generation and regional infrastructure development. Discussions regarding potential projects are continuing intensively.

Furthermore, the company is in advanced discussions with a major European oil and energy group regarding a long-term strategic cooperation. The proposed partnership focuses on generating electricity from sewage sludge and potentially using this energy to supply EverYield's planned EV charging parks.

Further progress has also been achieved in the EverYield eMotion business segment. Key framework conditions for a potential collaboration in the mobility sector have been discussed with a European automotive group. Additional information is expected to be released in the coming weeks, subject to further discussions and the necessary approvals. A public announcement identifying the potential partner, including the use of its corporate logo, is also envisaged, subject to approval.

Legal and Contractual Requirements Currently Limit Public Disclosure

EverYield AG fully recognizes the legitimate need of investors and capital market participants for transparent and timely information. The company would welcome the opportunity to provide more detailed updates on its ongoing developments.

However, ongoing contractual negotiations, confidentiality obligations, required approvals from potential cooperation partners, and regulatory and administrative procedures currently restrict the disclosure of further details regarding individual projects, partners and implementation timelines.

Premature disclosure could adversely affect ongoing negotiations or conflict with legal and contractual obligations. Applicable statutory and capital market disclosure requirements remain unaffected.

These restrictions do not indicate that projects have been suspended or delayed. The company continues to actively pursue their development and implementation and will communicate material progress as soon as reliable results are available and the relevant legal requirements have been satisfied.

Strategic Outlook Remains Unchanged

EverYield AG remains fully committed to its existing strategic direction and previously communicated objectives.

The continued support of its major investors, growing interest from municipalities, and ongoing discussions with leading European industrial companies reinforce management's confidence in the company's long-term strategy.

The company's priorities remain the successful implementation of its energy and mobility projects and the sustainable long-term development of EverYield AG.
